Patient Forms

We recommend that you complete our patient forms located in the New Patient Center. This paperwork provides us with your health history and information that can help us get a better sense of who you are. You may bring it in with you to your first visit in our office. You may also email it or fax it before your visit. Filling the forms out in advance saves time so we can have more face to face time at our first visit.

Consultation

Next, you will have a consultation with Dr. Nina Englander to discuss any health-related problems or concerns you may have. This initial visit is designed for Dr. Englander to learn more about you and your health. This also gives the doctor an opportunity to determine how chiropractic care can meet your needs and get you moving toward your personal goals.

Examination

After your consultation, Dr. Englander will perform a complete chiropractic examination, including a full spinal assessment, muscle testing and any other procedures that are necessary.

Digital Neural Scanning

Our Digital Nerve Scans are safe, non-invasive tests that reveal hidden nerve system stress and its affect on your body's health. Using this state of the art technology, we can track your progress throughout your care towards improved function. The system we use in our office, the Insight Millenium, is the same technology used by NASA for assessing the health of their astronauts!

After your visit

After your first visit, Dr. Englander will take all of the information she has gathered and put it all together into a recommended care plan. Care plans vary from person to person. Healing is always a process. The length and frequency of a care plan depends upon many factors, including how much stress is on the nerve system, the lifestyle habits you have chosen in your life, and your attitude. Dr. Englander will create a care plan that meets your health needs as well as your health (and personal) goals

Your Second Visit

At your second visit, Dr. Englander will review her recommendations and together you will decide on a plan that works best. Then you will get your first adjustment and begin the wonderful process of chiropractic care!
